East haven-based Neato, LLC, which produces desktop media labeling and packaging software, has chosen Mason & Madison Public Relations of New Haven as its agency of record. The agency will conduct media relations, strategically position Neato executives and products at trade shows and industry events, and will also develop speaking and byline opportunities.
