Bayer, Inc. and DiaSys Corp. Sign Sales & Marketing Agreement

WATERBURY, Conn. - DiaSys Corporation (AMEX: DYX) announced that it has signed an exclusive three-year sales and marketing agreement with Bayer Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of Bayer A.G. (NYSE: BAY).
Under the agreement, Bayer Inc., through its Diagnostics Business, will sell DiaSys urine sediment analysis workstations in combination with its Clinitek series urine chemistry analyzers to the approximate 1,000 medical laboratory facilities in Canada, all as part of a total urinalysis system solution. DiaSys will provide sales and service support from its headquarter offices in Waterbury, Connecticut.
DiaSys Corporation designs, manufactures and distributes medical laboratory instrumentation, consumables, reagents and test kits to the worldwide healthcare community, including North America, Mexico, Europe and China. DiaSys products have applications in urinalysis, microbiology and cytology.
