MIDDLEBURY - Jacki Carroll Staffing, a temporary, permanent and training company, has moved its corporate headquarters to 8751 Straits Turnpike, Cross Roads West, Middlebury. Previously located in Waterbury, the new location will also serve as an operations office. The move was made to provide larger quarters and a more convenient location for clients. The office will cover the greater Waterbury area. In addition, Jacki Carroll Staffing, founded 25 years ago, has offices in Torrington, West Hartford and Shelton as well as on sites in manufacturing companies.
