HAMDEN - The Connecticut QBS Council has launched its new Web site at www.ctqbs.com. Visitors to the site can access important information about how to select an architect, engineer, land surveyor or other design professional for their building or public-works project.
The site includes detailed information about the qualifications-based selection (QBS) method of selecting design professionals with a downloadable manual and complete selection of forms and sample letters used in the selection process.
The Connecticut QBS Council is a non-profit foundation supported by the state chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Connecticut Engineers in Private Practice, the Connecticut Association of land surveyors and the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers.
