GLASTONBURY - In a move to significantly enhance and expand its interactive capabilities, Cronin & Co. Inc., a full-service marketing communications agency, has acquired the substantial assets of cpr, a Connecticut-based Internet agency, and retained its principal, Todd Gray, to head the agency's digital work.
Gray, a player in the interactive industry since co-founding cpr, will be director of digital services. As the newest member of Cronin's senior management team, Gray will be responsible for Web development, online marketing and the creation of digital campaigns for the agency and its clients. He will also be responsible for recruiting new employees to build the agency's digital services.
Integration is key to developing and delivering brand response campaigns, which is where the market is and the where agencies need to be, says Cronin President Bill Cronin. The addition of a full-service, in-house digital capability greatly enhances our interactive offerings. Cronin Digital will be fully integrated with Cronin's other core disciplines, which include advertising, public relations and direct marketing, to provide our clients with the marketing muscle they need and making us that much more attractive to current and potential clients.
