New Fortis Inflo Manages Workflow

BRANFORD - Westbrook Technologies Inc., developer of the Fortis and File Magic Series software for document management, has released new workflow software called Fortis Inflo. Designed to automate document processes, it uses a rules-based or “event-driven” task-management approach that “allows users to work faster, more accurately and more efficiently,” according to Westbrook Technologies President Sean Donegan.
Donegan says the software is especially helpful when dealing with successive points of document input, since it addresses set tasks required to complete a business process. These can include any number of tasks, he notes, from processing mortgage applications to remittance-processing and approval cycles for invoices, expense reports or capital expenditures.
