Clinton Chamber Presents Awards

CLINTON - The Clinton Chamber of Commerce recently presented awards to members of the community who have made major contributions. Carol Carlough received the Award of Distinction for Public Service. A member of the town's board of finance for ten years, she is the founder of Save Our Trees, a longtime member of the Clinton Touchdown Club and active as a school/parent volunteer.
Dan Vece received he chamber's recently established Best Foot Forward Award, designed to honor either a business or individual that has done an outstanding job of beautification and clean-up. Lenny and Joe Goldberg, owners of Lenny and Joe's Fish Tale Restaurants in Madison and Westbrook, received the Business-to-Community Partnership Award.
