MIDDLETOWN - Furniture Renaissance has named KGA Advertising its first agency of record. The Middletown-based agency will handle strategic planning, creative development, production and media buying for the company. Its first assignment will be to perform these functions for the company's newest subsidiary, historic furniture manufacturer Samuel Bent of Gardner, Mass.
Furniture Renaissance is going to take a different approach to manufacturing and selling furniture, and we needed to find an agency that could think outside the box the way we do, explained Jennifer Anderson, the company's director of sales and marketing. This company will face a tremendous amount of growth in the next year, and we need an agency that can work with us as a partner in coping with these changes. KGA's long-time experience - not only as a creative and forward-looking agency, but also as retail-trend consultants - will be a tremendous asset as we change the way business is done in our industry.
KGA's client roster includes First Federal Savings, Better Bedding, Pilot Pen, Bob's Stores, and the state's Department of Public Utility Control.
