GLASTONBURY - Also at Cronin, Elizabeth F. Vogt, executive vice president and director of strategic planning, has been recognized by Gov. John G. Rowland for her commitment to Drugs Don't Work and her ongoing efforts on behalf of that organization. Since 1999, Vogt has been a board member for the non-profit organization, which is committed to reducing substance abuse and violence among Connecticut's youth. She is also contributing her expertise in marketing to the non-profit organization by developing its new branding strategy.
