CLINTON – Connecticut Water Service Inc. (NASDAQ: CTWS) reported earnings for the six months ended June 30 of $3,381,000 (70 cents per average common share), compared to $3,321,000 (69 cents per average common share) for the comparable 1999 period. The company also announced an increase in the dividend to common shareholders to 30 cents, which marks the company's 31st consecutive year for dividend hikes.
