OCI Chemical, Invensys in Pact

SHELTON - Invensys Production Management of Foxboro, Mass. and OCI Chemical Corp. have signed a five-year global performance alliance. Under terms of the agreement, the two companies will work together to identify potential areas for improvement, implement performance improvement strategies, and measure and quantify the economic benefits to OCI utilizing Invensys' patented Dynamic Performance Measures (DPM) methodology. Invensys' fees will be based on this incremental benefit.
OCI is a supplier of sodium percarbonate, an environmentally friendly bleaching agent used in detergents, as well as a supplier of soda ash, a key ingredient in the manufacture of glass.
