Packard BioScience Gifts Stock to Employees

MERIDEN - Packard Bioscience Co. (NASDAQ: PBSC) announced that certain members of senior management have awarded a total of 113,700 shares of company stock to all company employees who either did not own shares themselves or did not have options to buy the stock. The gesture follows a long-standing company tradition of enabling employees to own company stock. Management views the gift as a token of thanks to the employees that had worked to grow the company.
