NORWALK - eLOT Inc. (NASADQ: ELOT) has announced a strategic partnership with PlasmaNet Inc., which operates FreeLotto.com. The lottery=results site www.LottoNet.com will be acquired by eLOT, which will hold it in a new subsidiary. As part of the agreement, eLOT will have certain rights for marketing lottery-related services and businesses to users of FreeLotto.com. As an initial consideration eLOT issued 1.6 million shares of its common stock to PlasmaNet.
