ORANGE - Hubbell Inc. (NYSE: HUBA, HUBB) announced an agreement to acquire the common stock of GAI-Tronics Corp., a subsidiary of Salient 3 Communications (NASDAQ/NMS: STCIA) for approximately $40 million in cash. Hubbell plans to include GAI-Tronics in its Industrial Technology operations.
