MIDDLEFIELD - Zygo Corp. (NASDAQ: ZIGO) and Thielenhaus Microfinish Corp. have entered into a cooperative agreement in which Zygo will furnish certain measuring equipment to Thielenhaus. The two companies will collaborate to develop microfinishing systems.
