EAST HAVEN - The VF Factory Outlet store on Frontage Road has closed. Located in the former K mart store, the factory outlet did business in East Haven for three years. VF Factory Outlet employed approximately 30 full- and part-time workers and occupied some 50,000 square feet of space.
