Amphenol Prices Secondary Offering

WALLINGFORD - Amphenol Corp. (NYSE: APH) announced on May 17 that it had priced its public offering of six million shares of common stock held by some of its shareholders at $49.125. The company will receive no proceeds from this offering. Following the offering affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., LP will own approximately 50.2 percent of Amphenol common stock.
