| NORWALK - On May 24 eLOT Inc. (NASDAQ: ELOT) announced that Edwin J. McGuinn would succeed Stanley J. Kabala as president and chief executive officer of the company. Kabala will remain as chairman. Philip D. Gunn, who served as interim CEO of the company's subsidiary, eLottery Inc., will continue as a director of eLOT.
