Amphenol Plans Secondary Offering

| WALLINGFORD - Amphenol Corp. (NYSE: APH) announced that it has filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission proposing a secondary offering for the sale of common stock of the company held by certain stockholders and affiliates, including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. and certain members of Amphenol management. Following the offering it is expected that KKR Associates L.P. will own at least 20.3 million shares of the company's common stock representing a 49 percent interest.
