SHELTON - Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) and Siemens ElectroCom, L.P. announced an alliance for postal automated processing and management of incoming mail. Pitney Bowes will market to its customers such as federal and state governments through its Incoming Messaging Solutions, while Siemens ElectroCom will market to postal services as well as mail presort businesses through its Flats Subdivision.
