WALLINGFORD - Novametrix Medical Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NMTX) announced that the federal Food & Drug Administration had approved marketing of the company's MARSpo2 Tech Pulse Oximeter. The high-performance monitors incorporate re-useable sensors and promote cost savings for hospitals. Novametrix plans shipment of the MARS equipment to commence during its first quarter.
