NORWALK - eLOT Inc. (NASDAQ: ELOT), which maintains that it owns approximately 51 percent of privately held Dialogic Communications Corp. (DCC), has called a special meeting of DCC shareholders for the purpose of removing without cause all members of DCC's board except Stanley Kabala, arguing that the current DCC board has not acted to maximize shareholder value.
