Dana Completes Record Divestiture

TOLEDO, O. - Dana Corp. (NYSE: DCN) announced that it had completed its largest divestiture in the history of the company with the sale of its Warner Electric businesses to Colfax Corp. The sale was consistent with the company's strategy to concentrate on its automotive market. Dana plans to keep several of the Warner facilities for use within the company's new Motor & Electronic Systems Division.
