BOSTON - On February 16, FleetBoston Financial (NYSE: FBF) announced that its directors had declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 30 cents per share, payable April 1 to shareholders of record March 3. The board also declared a quarterly dividend of $.825 per share for each of the Series VII and Series VIII Fixed/Adjustable Rate Cumulative Preferred Stock, payable April 1 to shareholders of record March 15.
