NEW HAVEN - CuraGen Corp. (NASDAQ: CRGN) announced the resignation of James L. Vincent from its board of directors. Vincent, the chairman and CEO of Biogen Inc., had served on CuraGen's board since it became a public company. Vincent resigned to focus on new commitments and increased duties at Biogen. CuraGen works with several research collaborators, one of which is Biogen.
