MILFORD - The Milford Chamber of Commerce recently held its 45th annual meeting and Awards of Distinction. The following received awards: Robert Kappel of Jacobi, Kappel & Case PC, president's award; Len Napoli of Napoli Motors, businessperson of the year; Lisa Arenberg of Advanced Placement Inc., director of the year; Joy Stonier of the Literacy Center of Milford, human service award; Peggy Kelly of 12345 Kids Court, public sector award. Also: Bic Corp., corporate award; Raymond Macaluso of Westcott & Mapes, community service award; Howard Treat of the Milford Bank, lifetime award; and three posthumous lifetime awards to Dan Meisenheimer, Al Ahrens and Joseph Agro Sr
