TEANECK, N.J. and SAN JOSE, Calif. - Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) and CyberSource Corp. (NASDAQ: CYBS) have announced an agreement whereby Cognizant will combine its e-business expertise with the real-time transaction capabilities of CyberSource. The deal will allow Cognizant to integrate the CyberSource Internet Commerce Suite into clients' computer capabilities, allowing them to use the Internet for business.
