NEW YORK - The law firm of Berstein Liebhard & Lifshits, LLP announced a securities class-action lawsuit that has been filed against Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC) on behalf of those who purchased common stock between December 10, 1998 and December 8, 1999. The complaint charges violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5, alleging the company issued misleading and false statements with respect to certain acquisitions.
