CRI Upgrades IBM Partnership

BRIDGEPORT - Computer Resolutions Inc. (CRI), supplier of computer hardware products and services for the business-to-business market, has upgraded its business partnership status with IBM. Previously an IBM reseller, CRI is now an IBM Authorized Business Partner/Warranty Service Provider, which enables it to provide IBM customers with a range of sales and support services. According to CRI President John Palmieri, “This upgrade in our partnership allows our customers to use CRI as a full service provider on IBM products. In addition to selling hardware, we offer IBM product maintenance and support services.”
