| HAMDEN -USCO Logistics, a provider of integrated logistics services including transportation, warehouse and information management, has acquired the rights to the Tradewind private marketplace platform from Channel Link Inc., a provider of e-commerce technology and services for the pharmaceutical industry. USCO will use the technology to enhance its supply chain management capabilities to deliver turnkey e-fulfillment solutions encompassing order management, customer service, financial management, warehousing and transportation and inventory visibility.
