| NEW HAVEN - WTNH-TV has launched "E-News Notifier," a free mail service designed to keep viewers better informed about news and events happening in Connecticut. To register through the WTNH Web site, log on to www.wtnh.com, click on the E-News Notifier icon and sign up. The list of topics to choose from includes breaking news, weather, highway alerts, consumer news, health news and more. Each user will receive information only about the topics they select - no junk e-mail. When news that is of interest to the viewer takes place, E-News Notifier will send an e-mail message explaining when the story will air on 'TNH or where to find the information elsewhere on the Web site. The service is free and can be discontinued at any time.
