FAIRFIELD - vSimplify, a Web-based HR and benefits-management system, has forged an alliance with BenefitPort, a Greenwich company that sells and distributes group insurance and employee benefits. The partnership will permit BenefitPort and its broker partners to offer employers online benefits-management tools to create efficiencies and add value to their business. VSimplify's Web-based system helps to automate the HR and benefits-management process, offering features including online enrollment, employee self-service, personalized statements and payroll connectivity. These tools allow HR managers to spend less time on routine clerical tasks, says vSimplify, and focus greater attention on important personnel matters such as recruitment, retention and training.
