On February 3, Business New Haven held its fourth annual Business & Civic Awards luncheon to honor seven top area business people and organizations, headed by Businessperson of the Year John L. Lahey, president of Quinnipiac College. Not pictured below are David Gregory, general manager and president of the Beast of New Haven hockey club, the 1999 Small Business of the Year, and Raymond Bastarache, founder and president of the Barter Network Inc., BNH's 1999 Innovator of the Year.
