BankBoston Files to Recover from Insurer

BOSTON - BankBoston (NYSE: BKB) has said that it is pursuing its claim under a fidelity bond to recoup $73 million stolen by a former employee. The bank is following the routine procedures in such claims, but has not confirmed the name of the insurer with which it filed the claim.
