NEW HAVEN - FleetBoston financial recently opened a new ATM at the Fleet branch at 224 Dixwell Avenue. The full-service ATM brings 24-hour banking to Fleet customers and other residents of the Dixwell neighborhood. The branch is part of Fleet's First Community Bank network, which serves the special needs of urban residents and businesses.
