MAHWAH, N.J. - Hubco Inc. announced on August 21 that it had completed its acquisition of Dime Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: DIBK). The $201 million deal also included the merger of Hubco's Lafayette American Bank with Dime Savings Bank of Wallingford.
