CORRECTIONS
An August 10 editorial regarding the city of New Haven's contract with developer/architect Wendell Harp for apartment space to shelter homeless people said that the contract came under review only after the New Haven Register initiated a query into the matter. In fact, says mayoral spokesman Michael Kuczkowski, the contract was terminated in the spring.
Our 1998 Book of Facts contained a factual error. On page 38's West Haven town profile, the median price for residential sales in West Haven was listed as $255,742. The correct median price is $83,992.
