Executone Upgrades Patient Tracking System

MILFORD - Executone Information Systems Inc., announced that it will work with Clinitec International Inc., of Horsham, Penn. to develop a tracking and information system that will help emergency rooms better monitor and document clinical events. As part of the cooperative agreement, Clinitec's NextGen Electronic Medical Records System will be integrated into Executone's existing InfoSTAT system for ERs. The company says the new system will allow ER staff to more efficiently track and monitor patients and easily link patient-care data with other systems and facilities, other hospitals and labs and administrative offices.
