ANSONIA - Farrel (NASDAQ: FARL), a supplier of manufacturing equipment to the plastics industry, has agreed to purchase Manchester, England's Francis Shaw Rubber Machinery business from the EIS Group. In addition to broadening Farrel's customer base and product lines in rubber manufacturing, Francis Shaw's facilities can be integrated with Farrel's existing facilities in Rochdale, near Manchester.
