Husky Blends-and Scholarships, Too

Royalties from the retail sales of two new coffee blends-Husky Coffee and Husky Decaf-will benefit scholarship programs at the University of Connecticut. Based in Hartford, Omar Coffee Co., created the two new coffees. Each is made of premium, fresh-roasted Arabica beans. The blends are available in grocers, restaurants and convenience stores and through Omar's Office Coffee Service, at workplaces. Husky Blend coffee products will be available to non-profit organizations for resale as a fundraising item, according to the university.
