SHELTON ‹ FlexiInternational Software Inc. (OTCBB: FLXI), a provider of Internet-enabled financial and accounting software and outsourcing services, announced that is has concluded an agreement with Swisscard AECS AG of Zurich to license FlexiFinancials, its integrated suite of financial-management applications.
Swisscard, one of the largest credit card companies in Switzerland, is jointly owned by international financial services groups American Express and Credit Suisse.
FlexiInternational Software Inc. has offices in Naples, Fla. and London in addition to its Shelton headquarters.
