GREENWICH - Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBP and UBPA) has announced an offering of seven million shares of Class A common stock. Ferris, Baker Watts Inc. is lead managing underwriter for the offering, and Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc., J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons Inc. and Advest Inc. are co-managers.
UBP is a self-administered equity real estate trust providing investors with a means of participating in ownership of income-producing properties with investment liquidity. UPB owns 26 properties containing more than 2.9 million square feet of space, principally neighborhood and community shopping centers in the northeastern U.S.
