Farmstead Telephone Warrants Expire

EAST HARTFORD - Farmstead Telephone Group Inc. (ASE: FTG, FTG.WS.A, FTG.WS.B) has announced that it will not be extending its Class A, Class B and Public Offering warrants, as well as its underwriter options and representative warrants - all of which are scheduled to expire on June 30. Holders have until June 28 to convert. The warrants will be suspended from trading at the close of business on June 27.
Farmstead, which has been undergoing restructuring to reduce its operating expenses, is a supplier of Avaya Inc. communication systems and software to businesses.
