NEW HAVEN - The Hospital of Saint Raphael has been named one of the 50 best acute-care institutions in a new survey from Modern Maturity magazine, published by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP). The hospital was judged on its performance in physicians' ratings, accreditation scores, training programs and death rates for various medical and surgical cases.
