| NEW HAVEN - No more standing in the rain to feed the meter or digging into your pockets for those elusive quarters. The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce is offering discounted parking vouchers. By purchasing the vouchers through the GNHCC, you can save 20 percent on parking, while the chamber receives eight percent as compensation. Booklets of ten vouchers are available for hourly, two-hour, or long-term parking and prices range from $6 to $25. For particulars, call 203-787-6735.
