Bio-Plexus, Premier Ink Deal

VERNON - Bio-Plexus Inc.(OTCBB: BPXS), which designs, manufactures and markets safety medical needles, announced that it had entered into a multi-year agreement with Premier Inc., a national health-care alliance that provides group purchasing services to approximately 1,600 not-for-profit hospitals.
Under terms of the agreement, Premier's members will have access to all Bio-Plexus products beginning immediately. This agreement follows an 18-month evaluation agreement with Premier during which time Bio-Plexus safety products were evaluated by Premier's member organizations.
