WESTPORT - Tony DeSio, creator of the successful Mail Boxes Etc., has devised a new franchise concept: Image Arts Etc., whose first area outlet opened in late June at 1252 Post Road East. Owned by Matt Kanaga and Ken Kleban, Image Arts Etc. is a digital portrait studio, custom frame shop, print studio and fine art gallery. Entrepreneurs Kanaga and Kleban previously co-founded Credi-Trade, an international consulting company.
