Pearce Develops CCS Designation

NORTH HAVEN - H. Pearce Co. founder Herbert Pearce has announced that the company has launched a Certified Computer Specialist (CCS) program for the company's real estate agents.
The CCS designation is designed to upgrade Pearce associates' skills. The company's branch office managers have agreed on the basic skills needed for agents to better serve their clients and a training program has been developed. All agents must past a technology-based test in order to receive their CCS designation. Courses in the training program include basic skills and fundamentals of Microsoft Word, Excel, MLS Passport, Internet tools, Web marketing and e-mail.
“Education is power,” says Pearce. “A CCS designation will increase our associates' power to earn more money and to service their clients.”
