Cronin Scratches the Spot

GLASTONBURY - A new 30-second TV spot for the Connecticut Lottery created by Cronin & Co. began airing this week on network and cable stations. Entitled The Amazing Clark, the spot features a convenience-store clerk with an uncanny knack for identifying the perfect lottery scratch games for his customers.
Produced by the Oil Factory Inc., the spot, whose creative director was Cronin's Steve Wolfberg, will air for 12 months along with a 30-second companion radio spot.
Cronin previously worked on the Connecticut Lottery's 2001 ad campaign, which featured the Scratch the Surface TV spots.
