MacDermid CFO Resigns

WATERBURY - MacDermid Inc. (NYSE: MRD) said John Malfettone resigned as executive vice president and chief financial officer after less than a year on the job in order “to pursue other interests.”
Malfettone had been CFO since January. Before joining MacDermid, he was managing director of General Electric Co.'s private equity arm unit.
The specialty chemical products maker said Senior Vice President of Finance Greg Bolingbroke will assume the role of principal financial officer.
